      Good if you are used to working in a slow paced enviornment

      1. Very chill environment. 2. Best for work like balance 3. Good tech choices.

      Cons

      1. Management is very lazy. 2. People work very slow. 3. Salaries are low. 4. No official increment and promotion process, depends on your manager 5. Still lot of HR processes/pages are in German with no google translate support. 6. Not very expat friendly but they are working on it. 7. No office / team events. 8. No additional benefits.

      - Hybrid remote and 6 days per month to office - Depends on the team you have good work-family balance - HHRR helps a lot - 2 weeks to 1 month delivery dead-lines

      - Offensive language usage inside some teams and high level roles - Lots of blockers to initiatives and burocracy outside your team - Some management roles lacks of human abilities - Lots of internal fights for project budget
