      Pros

      - Meraki really cares about their employees, which has been the case both in the office but also throughout the pandemic. Meraki has done a lot to make WFH pleasant and possible. - Good onboarding and ongoing training throughout your career at Meraki. If there is anything you want to learn/do, you most likely can. - Very good products, which makes them easier to sell, and fun to learn about. - Good people, caring managers, fun and fast paced work environment

      Cons

      - No yearly pay review, ie. increase in salary is based on over achieving, which can be very hard in certain territories. - No clear structure on promotions, and if youre doing a great job, promotions are still very limited, which means people are "forced" to move to Cisco, if they want to stay within the company. - Salary below market rate.

      Pros

      Amazing remote onboarding experience and innovative, scrappy work culture.

      Cons

      still learning the company but the main issue is the tug of war with cisco on autonomy.

      • Supportive environment created by UK management- From onboarding, to day to day support, regular one to one and team meetings. There is a genuine care to help you progress in your career within Meraki or Cisco. • Great office, fun and friendly- Social atmosphere with an in office games room and regular events • Work with very talented people- Learn a lot and a strong culture of idea sharing and celebrating each other’s success within UK teams • Brilliant company perks and benefits- Health insurance for yourself and family, dental insurance, free breakfast and lunch with tons of snacks and drinks in the office, volunteer days etc. • COVID Work from home transition very well handled- regular check in’s from broader Cisco, Meraki wide, team based and individually with managers. Great Meraki wide remote activities put on for all employees including Gingerbread House building, pizza making, Christmas Wreath making and regular food and drinks treats sent to home addresses. • Travel (when permitted)- Two week trip to San Francisco for new hire onboarding is amazing and EoY trip to Vegas. • Sales target are challenging but achievable
