      - cooperation with other departments or teammates - international opportunities - professional stuff - you are not an intern but a coworker - very good location of offices - dorms available for interns

      - german language proficiency is necessary

      - Very interesting topics, most of the time directly related to a vehicle project....nothing better than seeing your days work driving around a few years later - Opportunity to move big projects quickly because money can always be found for important projects and you usually find an industry partner willing to work with Daimler - Great pay, social benefits and other perks (own health care, own sports club, good offers for cars)

      Cons

      - Big company with lots of processes, rules and specific IT-Tools - Process to promotion to manager somewhat tedious (Peer Review, 3 Step Process, AC) - At times too much politics
