Pros
Good working condition, nice colleagues in general, nice top level management, the business was growing and promising at that time.
Cons
Some colleagues even a new team manager focus on not working more efficiently together but building their own small groups to secure their positions because of lacking of real ability. Unfair for the colleagues who really work hard.
