Pros

+ Excellent work-life balance + Strong brand value on your CV (having a few years at META makes your applications stand out in the industry) + Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits

Cons

- Personal growth or salary increase can be significantly slower compared to other tech companies - The company's large size has led to increased politics, with too much focus on visibility rather than actual impact - Some teams may foster a stagnant culture where feedback isn’t always encouraged or valued: the sales org felt like that and this is one of the reason why I preferred to leave.

Pros

Amazing culture, benefits and team. Overall good workload.

Cons

No massive cons. The standard of large companies is the political game of showing results that leadership care about, while it might not be key to drive I.e sales.
