- UK Director is self serving, making up new goals and targets on a whim if it makes them look good. - Some, not all, managers are lacking basic people skills. Shockingly poor EQ - Job itself was the best but has now become a call centre where quality and use of your own mind are no longer relevant to the role. Quantity over quality and little to no consideration for the clients or the IC's - Only career option is to move country. Nothing for anyone who might want to stay in Ireland.
