Pros

Surrounded by smart people. Very comfortable in terms of food options, environment, exercise options, local amenities, support for being able to excel, encouragement to grow. Working from home allowed in moderation.

Cons

Hard to find any. The commute is a pain when I have to drive, but free shuttles and free Caltrain with 3G/4G cards mean I have alternatives that allow me to be productive instead of twiddling my thumbs in traffic.

Pros

-Great People -Competitive salary Working at Facebook was a truly great experience. The people in the company are fantastic to work with (not necessarily management but your co-workers) and they offer a competitive salary

Cons

There was not as much excitement for me in this job because Facebook is already at the top of the internet foodchain and in a sense there was nothing really to work for besides the paycheck. You could sense the lack of motivation throughout the company

Pros

FB is a company built around the hacker culture and it shows in numerous ways. You're valued for your work and for getting things done.

Cons

The pace is hectic and churn is always on the verge of drowning you.
