Pros
You get to work with the latest technology. Salary and benefits are good. The internal technical conference is unparalleled in any other company. It's almost impossible to be bored here with the various challenges and opportunities.
Cons
It's all very well having the latest cool technology but the technical people need to get the chance to really get their hands on it before the public or the customers do - and not always on their own time. Being measured purely by the numbers is also often a downer. I can understand why we should only have Microsoft Technology infront of the customer … but sometimes I like to use something else. There is way to much admin expected.
