Climate is open and constructive. Effective colleagues. result driven always uses latest technology good working place infrastructure high focus on employee development high number of training days international working environment
Cons
high employee churn scares people sometimes big distance between upper management and "normal" employees in the recent years the company became quiet strict on rules, even if the rules are not effective. very high pressure if management is "off budget". This normally results in passing pressure downwards and hectic task creation.
