Pros

MS pays you good salary, and after all, you make WINDOWS ! that's awesome especially if you hate linux stuff. No, really, the life in command line is the horribliest thing you can imagine. Compare it to 'click'-'click'-...-'click' - and, voila, you've launched a calculator!

Cons

The management stuff is painful, they're trying to hypnotize you, like 'we're the best, microsoft is the best place to work' and after all don't pay you annual bonus. Thats definitely NOT the best place to work, but still quite nice. Also its even faster to type 'launch the calculator please' in command line than do a number of clicks and try to find where is that calculator in the start menu

Pros

They have very good campus. No state tax, people are friendly there and they have good medical insurance for everyone.

Cons

It is a big company. They put lots of work on Windows mobile. Hard to say where it is going.

Pros

Good pay, little workload, there is much free food to eat. Working in the company owned by the richest person in the world is very good

Cons

Not much to grow. Too many people. Hard to get promotion. It's good to jump to other companies like google, yachoo, or amazon. the stock price will not grow up too much.
