The amount of the bonus depends on the guest satisfaction in the own hotel. The better the guests rate their stay, the higher the bonus. A maximum of 25% of the gross salary can be earned on top. With our in-house training academy "One University" we offer personalised training programmes for all of our employees and support their professional and personal development. Motel One is growing all across Europe, regularly opening locations in new countries and cities. This and our flat hierarchies create exciting career opportunities for our employees. Don’t revive the bonus even tho it was deserved and definitely earned but this is managements fault.
