Easy to get a job. Bonus every 3 month. Small teams.

Cons

Workschedule week by week only. That's why it is very hart to plan your leasure. Working on weekend and on holidays are not extra paid.

somewhat flexible hours considering it’s hospitality

Cons

bonus can be taken away from you with no warning for a number of different reasons. management do the bare minimum. if you’re good at your job you’ll be walked all over and taken advantage of so that their lazy employees can continue to do nothing and management won’t have to bother to do anything about it. Head office make choices that those in front of house positions have to deal with all the negative repercussions of and they simply don’t care as long as they’re making money and enjoying themselves.
