      Pros

      Managers are friendly and supportive in the works. Using the latest tech stacks which will help in the learning curve.

      Cons

      Management does not prioritize the employees' well-being and personal lives. Pay is not up to current market standards. Hikes are minimal for the senior roles

      Thanks for your review. We regularly review employee compensation to make sure it is competitive with local market practices in the industries and countries where we operate. Additionally, all Motorola Solutions employees participate in an annual incentive plan or a sales incentive plan. That said, we appreciate your feedback and have made a note of it.
