Growth potential for high-performers was wonderful. You have numerous opportunities to expand your IT diversity.

Cons

Longevity (at least in IT) is low. There is little attrition, but the change in business and IT strategy has left a very large number of unemployed IT personnel.

Good company to work for. There are much worse out there. Salary not top of the heap, Benefits are OK, not great, but not bad either. Good work environment, lots of good caliber engineers on staff. Management at the line level are also OK.

Cons

Work load can be hectic; it's tough to use up your vacation. Project success depends a lot of the skill of the assigned PM, so inconsistencies exist there.
