      Stable, high profit company. Almost any feeling will depend on the specific group and manager you have.

      Cons

      Feels like they are trying to outsource as much software development as possible which causes all sorts of headaches. Many new products seem somewhat contrived and although they create engineering work don't create too much excitement.
