Pros
Some great coworkers - I made some wonderful friends Excellent work-life balance - very flexible with options like working at home, though this depends on your department Though there isn't necessarily a lot of room for furthering your career, they do make a lot of education available, so you can take advantage of this and then move your career to a different company
Cons
Not much room for career advancement, unless you are in the "old boys club" Over time, they continually cut benefits. They say it's to "stay competitive". Layoffs, year after year after year
