      Pros

      Good people Newest Technology Very mature processes OK compensation package Fairly good work/life balance. Was able to work from home a lot.

      Cons

      Always looking for ways to save money. Cost savings seems to be the number one focus. Focuses too much on what the Wall St. Analysts think Lots of reorganizing and streamlining over the last decade took it's toll on employees. Many were always worried that their job would be the next one on the chopping block. Lots of time sitting around waiting for someone to make a decision.

      1) Technically Best place to work 2) Employee friendly organization (3) Pay is very good compared to Industry standards (4) excellent leadership and strong culture (5) Attrition rate very low

      Highest ethic standards, great level of tech people, great technology, real innovation spirit, great equality and opportunity for bright people, US management great local HR

      Cons

      Was a little bit beurocratic, slow in key decision, alienated US management (point of view from Europe), sometimes local top managers were hurt by corporate wars
