Business Outlook
Pros
- Supportive working environment and people around you are super smart and know their field well - Good vacation days and stock purchase plans - Flexible work hours - Local managers DO care about their employees - Team building events!
Cons
- Corporate's been shrinking on benefits - Medical plan not so good...and it kept on getting worse by the year - Elimination of stock options to low level employee negatively affect retention of young employees - Senior managers in the corporate offices don't seem to care about the well-beings of the employee outside the building and most of what they care about is increasing the stock price (thus increasing shareholder value!)
