Generous leave policy for both exempt and non-exempt employees. Managers closer to the employees are awesome. Willing to work hard to keep good employees.

Cons

My department was seriously understaffed and/or poorly run. Lead to overwhelming conditions for many employees.

Cons

Talks a lot of inclusiveness and focus on employees as biggest asset however actions don't align with statements. Lengthy tenured Executives are out of touch with lower levels. Salary reductions and elimination of headcount a regular practice to improve bottom line.

Most of the people, especially long term HR staff have no integrity. Back-stabbing, and uncollaboartive environment. Focus is on tacticle work versus helping business to succeed. Benefits are bottom of the barrel.
