      The pay, is very competitive. Very strong focus on respect in the workplace. Many professionals work here. Lots of tolerance for people of all walks of life.

      Cons

      The long-term prospects for this company are grim. 4G and 5G technology is destined to become so far-reaching that a 2-way radio will be a thing of the past in less than 10 years.
