      Contractual Bonus 1.5 months, ESPP, and Flexi Benefit RM1k is good.

      Cons

      Toxic environment with everyone just push away their job and not work as a team. Everyone is just playing politics and "Taichi", some people has a little authority will keep on ask you "when can complete? can it be done on tomorrow?" without actually understand the facts and situations. No salary increment no matter how company shows that they earn how much revenue every quarter, and I foresee no increment for this year as well.

      Interesting work, great coworkers. Lots of free desks.

      Cons

      Management needs it faster. They need more features now. They keep cutting jobs, and won't buy test infrastructure. They push on all three constantly.
