      Great pay but a toxic, high-stress environment

      Cons

      Toxic workplace who couldn't care less about the people working there. The pay is great but working 12 hour shifts in a high stress workplace which is drastically understaffed with zero cover since they laid off half the staff and switched us to 4 on 4 off which, due to the 4 on being 2 days 2 nights, means we actually have 5 on 3 off. Ridiculous stress, no recognition.
