Not good for sales

Pros

Good work life balance as many of the internal folks are low productivity. Fairly easy to get meetings with brand recognition.

Cons

Competition is outmaneuvering and innovating faster than Motorola. Low pay in sales. Software architecture is outdated (doesn’t follow vendor best practices e.g. VMware) This makes for unreliable products and poor performance on the databases. Lack of redundancy and disaster recovery (options are 20 years old) The internal departments that sales relies on to be successful are full of dinosaurs who don’t want you to rock the boat or they would have to get off their couch and work.
