- poor management on all levels - performative diversity program - acquired by giant company who will destroy the benefits that were any good - inability and lack of desire to support employees during the unprecedented hardship of the pandemic (one free day off every month wasn't what we needed) - unrealistic expectations of employees to pick up the slack from years of running the company into the ground
