      Great company, product, and the team

      Pros

      The team was one of the best teams I ever worked with. My manager was very technical and great people person. The team was very skilled and the system well designed.

      Cons

      I joined the company during covid so it was fully remote, but after covid we still didn't have any social events.

      Pros

      Moz provides a supportive atmosphere with collaborative teammates and approachable management. The work-life balance is excellent, and team members genuinely care about each other. While there can be occasional changes, overall it’s an amazing place to work.

      The various lay-offs in the last couple of years.
