      Pros

      The people at Moz are smart, challenging, and hard working, but at the same time respectful and fun. My manager gives me the autonomy to make decisions and grow myself and my team. I know that the company truly cares about me and my family's happiness and growth. Most people really embrace the TAGFEE values. The mission is big and easy to relate to.

      Cons

      It can sometimes be hard to get things done since everyone's passionate about their work and how they do it. The freedom to make mistakes means that we'll make mistakes, and that can be tough to deal with. Sometimes we emphasize getting things done at the expense of product quality and customer happiness, for better and worse.

      Small enough that you can truly change the course of the company Everyone is behind TAGFEE The product is white hat SEO, so you can sleep at night True teamwork Startup opportunities - you can create your job, and we are growing. Work/life balance - you don't see email at night or during the weekends except for a few critical positions.

      Startup finances - though Moz is better off that most Startup chaos - it can be a bit overwhelming at first

      Super smart excited energetic people always ready to pitch in Super fun events - they do try to make work fun Support work-life balance Always being challenged Really cool interesting products to work on Smart driven management that is accessible Very little political drama

      They are in their weird 'tween years between a start-up and being a big company Growing fast and having a hard time adjusting The very inclusive culture makes decision making hard
