      Pros

      Opportunity to work with numerous clients in the individual DI and Life space provides you with an unique perspective on the industry. Company does not work in silos so you have an opportunity to interact with Underwriting, Pricing, Admin, Product.

      Cons

      Very client focused which is a good thing but at times the company wants to be all things to all people. This had a tendency to make work/life balance challenging.

      This is a good company to gain initial experience and a foot in the door within the industry. There are a few good managers.

      Cons

      Long term job stability is not solid. Experience gained does not equate to promotional opportunities.
