The worst organisation I have worked for in 15 years

Pros

Good benefit package and flexible work from home policy.

Cons

Astonishingly bad leadership , completely absent in a time of crisis with an inability to communicate effectively (month long gaps between comms on staff reduction). Unable to drive the organisation to achieve anything. Openly blame middle management in town halls but Executives can’t keep it civil enough to get through a management meeting without one leaving in a huff. Employees left with nothing to do, or with any work completed then being binned due to strategy changes. No regard for employee wellbeing and no trust.
