Good salary, great benefits and all the national holidays off

Cons

The company doesnt believe in full time remote even though they made alot of money during Covid and the worked remained busy.

Great pay and benefits. Amazing Downtown Toronto location. Exposure to cutting edge tools and technologies.

Cons

Incompetent managers. People are promoted internally without adequate leadership training. They tend to create unnecessary high stress environment with unrealistic expectations and micro management. Also, there is no opportunity to provide upward feedback.
