      Growth detierating the working environment

      There is a friendly work environment and collaboration between teams.

      Cons

      Lack of support with the extensive growth leading to increased pressure and hours. It is difficult to move up the pay band as they focus on benchmarks and not the individuals performance as well as the bonus being tied only to company targets.
