      Solid company where you can easily retire

      Very good secondary benefits. Great work/life benefits. Strict processes/organisation, solid employer to work for.

      Cons

      Base pay and bonus not the best. Extremely hierarchical setup which does not encourage entrepreneurial behaviour.

      hybrid work, nice office, good benefits

      Cons

      disorganized, the IT department is run by a bunch of offshore externals as a consequence no one knows anything. The pay is laughable.
