Pros

Good benefits like health insurance and 750 euro wellness benefit

Cons

Unforgiving management I meant really bad. Irrelevant to your performance, you may experience bullying Opportunities within the company are not given fairly. So don't be surprised with unfair treatment. Office politics to extreme Information and resources required to do your job within the company is hard to get and except blockers There is no freedom to express your opinions, taking risks or room for creativity. If you want to be in good graces, do what you are told. Period.
