      Pros

      Extremely well-managed with excellent senior leadership. I've been with the organization for 13+ years, and have great pride in working for a very prestigious company. Compensation, benefits, culture are all excellent. I highly recommend Munich Re for anyone pursuing a career in insurance.

      Cons

      For me there are no cons. Obviously, we all experience challenges that we must overcome, but those are opportunities for growth.
