      CEO has good vision to the company development, while facility and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Some managers are taking his own culture to the org, I deducted 4stars for this reason.

      * Pay!!! (OMG) * Not as big as it seems - NVIDIA is a composite of many small groups, so it has the advantages of being a big company without the disadvantages of being a big company * fantastic co-workers * good management chain above me

      Cons

      * Questionable whether my work/life balance is right * pushing hard on the technology to maintain our position in front of the pack
