      Only reason you should join is if you need to live in Bhopal.

      Cons

      You will find that juniors are also involved in Politics. What to do, they are got getting paid well & management is recruiting people from outside in high CTC. No specific Domain. All you will have is everything & that too small applications which managers will treat as a project which is going to compete will SAP.
