      Pros

      The first thing that flabbergast you here at Netlink-Bhopal is it's scenic campus. No doubt the beauty of this place is going to enthrall you and keep you cosy at the first sight itself. Being a Keralite, I would say this can be said to be a "God's own Company" if I can borrow the Kerala tourism department's tag line "God's own country! This is now my second family and with in a short span of 3 years I see myself amalgamating in to the confines of its glass doors. The people over here are awesome, supportive and friendly. Management is well organised and transparent. Openness in communication is the norm here. If you have talent you can rise up the ladder or else you will perish in no time!

      Cons

      Though the company stresses for a lot of out door activities for it's employees by building up cricket ground and all but I would appreciate if there would have a Gym at office premises then it would have been great nevertheless this is my personal opinion and apart from this I don't find any cons at this point of time.

      Pros

      Located in Bhopal, located in Mandideep Cafeteria tea are free for 2 hours on CCD vending machine

      Cons

      Hire and fire policy as per there own needs. They have lay off 70 people. No work life balance employees are treated as slaves ..alloted with work 6 pm. And asked to deliver within that day. On Friday evening they would assign task and ask to deliver it Monday morning No big Brand projects at all. No rules and regulations are followed Data security is myth Password are shared with all Idiots are designated Manager No technology stuff. Good for time pass.

      Love towards working in netlink

      Pros

      I always love to work here at netlink because netlink always appreciated my work and provided me with the best support and guidance which an employee should get if he/she is working in some organization. Being a BPO employee but from technical background I got an apportunity to showacase my skills and enhance my knowledge in terms of information technology and technical stuffs. My upper management showed trust on me and while working for netlink's customer service I am now a part of netlink's technical team resolving and providing solution on the role of associate software engineer.

      Cons

      As of now I didnt see any cons while working here as its my 4 consecutive year with netlink.
