      Salary will come on time.

      Cons

      Too much politics there. If u can play with politics not believe on hard work then these is company for you. Accidentally layoff happened. If its in your mind, that manager is everything for me then accident will not happened with you.

      Good for freshers to work with.

      Cons

      Cons are lot. Upper Management who is driving the company should be replaced. Your growth rate is completely stuck as some of the undeserved resources at Director level or at Sr. Manager level doesnt allow you to strive ahead. Much Much dirty politics. Developers are always good but the management who drives them should be good enough to lead them in efficient manner for the success of the project and then Company.

      -Good campus -Learn new technologies -Good for fresher -Opportunity to work on product -Frequent events -Team parties

      Cons

      -Food facility -Company is too far from the city -Alot of internal politics -Managers are worse -HR doesn't care about anything -Less appraisals -No good team lead except few -CEO is unreacheable -Not easy to grow as individual -Employees are consider as resources not human -Always have fear to loose job -People maintainability (backward) -No work/life balance
