      You will have exposure to many things. Opportunity to grow and learn. They want you to do everything.

      Cons

      Compromise on salary and personal life. No one cares about personal well being. Nothing in name of physical activity.

      Didn't find professionally in India, but some Good Management Guys in US

      Cons

      The management are dumb. People are promoted even don't know their Responsibilities. Employees are frustrated. Even the HR are frustrated.
