      Very unsafe for females

      Pros

      IT company in Bhopal which looks good from outside as it has couple of BPO projects from US.

      Cons

      Very poor HR management. No HR policies and presence. Junior HR hits on female staff and ask openly for coffee dates and meeting outside of office. Its very irritating as who can go against HR. No job security. No good projects. Management lacks vision.

      I have had a great experience working at Netlink for nearly 11 years. The management is supportive, the work culture is positive, and employees are consistently encouraged to grow both professionally and personally.
