      Pros

      There is no PROS only CONS. There is lots of politics, even high level management is doing politics. They only wanted to grow Sycophant (Chaplus) types of people in this organization. So don't join this NetaLink (due to lots of politics). AVM/Digital Solution department is very worst in nature here Sycophant (Chaplus) people can survive. There is only one PROS - If you are maintaining a Chapluse type of nature, than you can think about your work life balance.

      You can be sure about your job without doing anything.

      Cons

      OS people working in international business and can not introduce them self. They should be master in English but they could not understand a simple and email language.
