We have resumed the office with no protocol followed.They Don trust the employees and forcing them to resume the work from office. Don't pay well and the HR is supporting the management by saying two days you cn come.Last time also they opened the ofc and many employees got affected from covid.don join evn if they commit you wrk frm hom and good compensation nothg wl be met here.poor company.
Cons
Poor ethics no work from home no trust with employees and they made 60 employees to suffer from covid last time when lock down was there from outsourcing services.there were camps inside the company for the covid check and treatments for the affected employees.many units employees got suffered.
