1. Too much politics in both AVM and BIA 2. Managers think of themselves as Gods, boast of being popular for making resources work on holidays. 3. They will anyone leads, people who know hardly anything about the current technologies, just on the basis of how much they can boast and talk 4. Managers don't have the aptitude or the skills to lead teams both in AVM and BIA. 5. You will be judged on the basis of your background (financial, regional), looks, which companies you have worked for earlier, how you dress, whom you talk to basically everything other than work which I must mention is the last priority for them. 6. Any person having a little knowledge about the project thinks of himself as the CEO and behaves as if he/she is next to God himself.
