My journey with Netlink has been truly special. I joined the organization almost 12 years ago as a Senior Back Office Executive, and today I am proud to be working as a Senior Project Lead in the BPO division. This growth has been possible because Netlink genuinely believes in its people and gives them opportunities to learn, grow, and move forward. I have actively taken part in many events, including dance performances, cricket matches, and other cultural activities. These moments helped build strong bonds with colleagues and made the workplace energetic and enjoyable. It never felt like just a job—it felt like being part of a community. I’ve been a part of Netlink’s IT Services team for several years and have had a positive, learning-oriented experience. The organization has supported my upskilling through certifications in AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud, and I’ve had the opportunity to work with multiple clients across diverse domains. While experiences may vary, my personal journey at Netlink has been focused on continuous growth and learning. In addition to strengthening my technical capabilities, the role has also helped me enhance my customer-facing and stakeholder management skills, making the overall experience both professionally rewarding and enriching.
