Pros

My journey with Netlink has been truly special. I joined the organization almost 12 years ago as a Senior Back Office Executive, and today I am proud to be working as a Senior Project Lead in the BPO division. This growth has been possible because Netlink genuinely believes in its people and gives them opportunities to learn, grow, and move forward. What really makes Netlink different is internal opportunity. Hard work, perseverance and dedication are really rewarded here. Management is not only all about skill up-gradation but also exposing you with new responsibilities and helping you take the next step in your career. The atmosphere is professional, cooperative and respectful. We value teamwork, have open lines of communication, and keep our leadership accessible. Netlink also fosters and provides healthy work place environment, where the employees feel safe, motivated and are being well recognised for their contribution. Apart from work, Netlink strongly encourages cultural and team-building activities. I have actively taken part in many events, including dance performances, cricket matches, and other cultural activities. These moments helped build strong bonds with colleagues and made the workplace energetic and enjoyable. It never felt like just a job—it felt like being part of a community. My journey here has been long and rewarding, I can truly say Netlink is a fantastic place to work for anyone who is in search of building a career that offers the stability even though it’s dynamic. I am proud to be a part of this organization and blessed for all it has afforded me.

Cons

Cross-department communication can be enhanced to ensure faster alignment on goals. As with any growing organization, there is scope to further refine internal workflows.

Pros

I’ve been a part of Netlink’s IT Services team for several years and have had a positive, learning-oriented experience. The organization has supported my upskilling through certifications in AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud, and I’ve had the opportunity to work with multiple clients across diverse domains. While experiences may vary, my personal journey at Netlink has been focused on continuous growth and learning. In addition to strengthening my technical capabilities, the role has also helped me enhance my customer-facing and stakeholder management skills, making the overall experience both professionally rewarding and enriching.

Cons

Decision-making can be highly structured, which slows the process in certain areas. Innovation may require navigating established processes and approvals.
