High political company, old buddies wont allow you to settle down. Particularly the leaders who are from day one. Everyone get chances to handle other department, now zero knowledge is handling HR. Imagine how HR function will be office is out of city, long way to travel. roads are not good. no development when compared to Indore which is 3 hrs travel from bhopal. Leaders are one group, They meet every weekends and discuss whom to target next in company and execute it with supports.
