      Plethora of opportunities to learn and grow in an extremely fast paced environment. Amazing leaders with a great vision on serving their best. Teams with incredible talent pools, open & passionate people and are very friendly. HR is friendly and has always been promoting an open, positive and a healthy culture. A Great work-life balance with very good employee engagement programs and innovative surprise events. Frequent Employee Trainings are conducted to ensure everyone is skilled and moves with the same pace. Netlink is an organization which respects all humans and encourages innovation.

      They force you to fill good reviews about company Managers are less technical Managers play badminton all the time no restriction. HR dont have enough control. Recruitment is done on reference basis within family members. If project is over they will fire you.

      You can do time pass . If you are good with your manager you will get good appraisal No work sarkari culture you will enjoy if you love this.

      Cons

      Lots of old people in company, ruling from last 10 Years and surely take the Netlink to the trough. HR team is just like puppet they dont have enough power. They can only do rangoli competion and just play drums... Old is gold but here Old is dung. Micro management, they forced to sit and work for long hrs. Internal politics by managers you will find yourself suffocated enough with lots of politics and worst life balance 85 % patch work is done here no guidelines for development and managers even dont know the process of it.
