More good than bad

Pros

Schedule flexibility, happy culture, fun place to work for the most part. Many people stay for a long time.

Cons

Many people stay for a long time, and become comfortable in their positions. This makes it very hard to move up and around. They have a set block of people who stay, while younger energetic people tend to have short stints, get frustrated by lack of mobility, and move out.

Pros

Monthly bonuses Annual bonus High starting pay Every new balance store I took a trip and worked in, everyone treats me like family. A retail job where Corporate actually likes and cares about us.

Cons

Uniform for factory stores suck. We are expected to sell apparel items but it would help out a lot if we wear the items that we sell.
