Great benefits and wellness programs in a relaxed culture of people who really want to make this company succeed. Team members have great collaboration and opportunities to voice their opinions.

Cons

Still in a small company mentality with projects where requirements are scarce and timelines are abbreviated. People still ask others directly to help out with things that should really go through proper channels and processes.

Cons

Store managers do very little work, low wages, cranky customers, low wages, discrepancies between corporate company, low wages, not enough ongoing training, low wages, unrealistic sale expectations, low wages, very little recognition or positive feedback and low wages.

-the best benefits for a part timer on day 1...paid time off, holiday pay, paid volunteering time, competitive hourly pay, and a great product discount -corporate culture -lots of opportunity with tons of growth right now
