Pros

Benefits, and people in general were great. Hours -

Cons

No pay increases for Cost of living in 15 years They generally promote the male in a boys club atmosphere - and favoritism in UPPER management is out of control - Most of the woman there are the backbone and they treat them like crap

Pros

Great benefits, work life balance, and pay. Opportunities for growth for people without a formal degree. Good bonuses and raises.

Cons

Flat org structure with limited movement opportunities. Bias toward tenure and people who have been in the industry a long time. Management roles filled based on tenure and limited training in many departments. People stay in roles a long time. Company experience varies a lot by location and business unit.
