Pros

Nice culture, everyone can have an opinion.

Cons

Career development? Non-existent. You take job, you stay there forever. No chance to move to other teams, no chance to learn new things. HR? Ancient. Senior HR leader, on call with hundreds of people, laugh at idea of 4-day work week, even though studies in UK show it good.

Pros

Time off and benefits and paid shutdowns

Cons

Management is terrible and corrupt. They act like they’re all about safety, but ignore all safety concerns. Don’t care when people get hurt, stressful work environment overall the company as a whole is great but inside the Norway factory is terrible. Poor morale
