Ever since OT merged with Kayak things went downhill

Pros

Excellent benefits, does not require previous experience, Overall Culture is pretty good.

Cons

Much more stressful than they let on, especially during high volume months. Frequent changes of management staff. There is a great divide between CS and Sales departments that make CS feel lie the red-headed step child.
